Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully. If your request falls within our policy, we’ll be happy to assist you.

General Conditions
  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not offer returns for color preferences or change of mind, but in select cases, store credit may be issued.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days along with an unboxing video.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We do not offer cash/bank refunds — only store credit after review.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Orders from pop-ups, exhibitions, or studio trials

  • Discounted or sale items

Return & Resolution Process
  1. Raise a Request
    Email us at support@nhdegree6.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 79770 39456 within 3 days of receiving your order. Attach your order details, concern, and an unboxing video if applicable.

  2. Team Review & QC
    Our team will assess your request. If eligible, we’ll either initiate a reverse pickup for a QC check or resolve the issue manually based on evidence shared.

  3. Resolution

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we’ll issue a replacement or provide store credit.

  • Store credit will be provided after a deduction of ₹200 towards logistics, handling, and packaging.

Important Instructions
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered — unused and unaltered.

  • Unboxing videos are mandatory to raise any claim of damage or missing items.

  • Mention your order number and contact number clearly on any return package.

  • Store credit will be emailed directly and can be used for future purchases on NHº6.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds to bank accounts. All eligible refunds are processed as store credit only, post a ₹200 deduction.

Delivery Delays

During festivals, sales, or unforeseen events (rains, strikes, curfews, etc.), deliveries may take up to 20 days. We appreciate your patience and assure you of our best efforts. However, such delays will not be considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
